is it normal for size variation among keets?

out of 17 babies that hatched 6 and a half weeks ago, i have 3 that are significantly smaller and 2 that are quite a bit larger than the rest of the keets.

is this normal?

I have 2 that are out of the same clutch but are smaller.. I think they are females.. could that be ? or maybe they just are late bloomers or maybe they are not getting same share of food?
Or maybe genetics?
I dont know but that would be my thought on that.

I got 3 young keets from a neighbor that were from the same clutch. One was definitely bigger. Turns out it's a female.
