I've heard sometimes they shake their head when they hear an irritating/loud noise. Is there any kind of loud noise by the brooder maybe?

And sometimes, not to scare you, they shake their head when they have gapeworm.

I'm pretty sure when my chickens were chicks they shook their heads every now and then. They were fine.
