Hi,
I have few bantam and australorp hens living together. I put some fake eggs in the nest to enforce the australorp to sit over them but unfortunately instead of australorp, one of the bantam's go broody and now she is sitting over them
I don't want the bantam to sit over the eggs as the eggs are of australorp and larger in size. The last time when batam sat over some 5-6 eggs only one egg was hatched successfuly.
Now the question is I want to end her broodiness, should I go for it?
thanks
C.
