Is it okay for my 5 week old ducklings to eat frogs?

Yes it is now pure brown liquid coming out. I took a pic, but all you can see is the wetness in the dirt. He is still eating, drinking, and swimming in his pool.

Probably just from digesting the frogs and no telling what else they ate. Mines poop just about changes daily depending on what they eat. It's probably nothing to worry about unless he stops eating and starts acting sick.

I swear my Cayugas will eat anything that don't eat them first!!
Unless of course it's something I WANT them to eat.

@shawluvsbirds, luckily my ducks aren't picky. My chickens on the other hand are ridiculously picky. You would think they were aristocratic chickens or something.

Ugh, today my one duck has wet farts. It sounds like diarrhea should be coming out, but is just air. It doesn't stink, my face was pretty close for the 3rd fart.
Maybe his system is just getting use to frog?

Ducks fart because they consume lots of water. Think of a puppy that drinks lots of water, they fart too...

You know, before I had ducks I remember being told somewhere along the line that birds couldn't fart
So do they actually fart as in break wind as in gasses built up coming out. . or is it just the sound of the water or poo or whatever coming out?
I'm curious.

I have never heard mine fart I here sometimes when they poop but never just air with nothing with it.

I thought birds didn't have a sphincter, which is why they poop so often. Seems like without a door to build up pressure, farts are less likely.

I have heard both my chickens and ducks fart (this was the first time I heard my ducks).
My chickens don't eat anything other than their reg food and occasionally tomatoes and watermelon. They don't fart alot, but I have heard it. I don't know if it's actually gas though
