Is it okay to cook your duck's eggs and feed it to her? (Okay I know that sounds bad)

I recently found out that I can feed chicken eggs to my ducks, but I've got all these duck eggs I don't know what to do with?

I've tried them myself and just don't care for the texture or taste. I have sold some to a local restaurant and I have a neighbor that sometimes takes them.

But many times they get marked with poop and I'm too embarrassed to sell them or give them away for that reason. I feel so awful just tossing them out. She works so hard for them!!

I guess they aren't fertilized so I try to set aside my own repulsion at the idea. But is this something duck owners do, and if so, how often is too much - is it bad for them?
Duck eggs are great for birds and other animals to eat! Most homeless shelters will take egg donations if you happen to have extras also
