Is it okay to mix Polish with other breeds?

Hello I am a new chicken mom just got our Silkies yesterday and getting 12 more mixed chicken breeds in a couple weeks. I have an opportunity to add a couple Polish Crested but have read mixed opinions on this? I don't want to add them if not a good idea with the chickens I am getting. Does anyone have Polish mixed in with their chickens? Do they all get along? Would love to hear opinions on this one. Thanks
