Move her at night with all her eggs.. the sooner the better..
Isolate her in so far that other hens cannot enter her nest.. You do not want them laying more eggs once she is setting.. and more than one chicken in a nest at one time often results in broke eggs..
You do NOT have to quarantine her after the chicks arrive .. If she can go outside where she has room to separate herself from the other chickens, she can protect her chicks.. confinement is where you run into trouble with other chickens killing the babies.. and it is the older babies picking on the younger ones that you have to watch for.. the adults will take a peck at the chicks once in awhile, but usually just a "get away from me" peck..
If she leaves the nest to eat, she ate.. don't worry about it..
feed and water her away from the nest a few feet.. spilled water and feed gets rancid ..
you can handle the new chicks as much as you want.. she may or may not iike it, but who is boss??
