I put my 2 month old Plymouth Rock chick with my 2 black and 1 brownish Cochin bantams. But the black cohins keep pecking the Chick! Whats wrong?

It could just be pecking order..
But either way you need to remove the chick untill a little bit later. 4 months? Some hens react to other hens' chicks in a negative way, just like most animals.

It has been my experience that when introducing new members to the flock.....the bigger chickens/ducks always pick on the smaller ones at first. I usually like to introduce them in intervals...like letting them range together for a few hours at a time while I can supervise(more or less) and make sure no one is getting hurt. Then eventually then don't get picked on as much anymore and I leave them together. Hope this helps!
