I have 4 duck eggs that look like this. Are they internally piping or no??
 
I'd say no, if they are at a point where you think they should be internally pipping, I don't think those are viable any longer. I'd expect the egg to have more dark area where the duckling is, not just a blob at the bottom of the egg. Does that blob move depending on how you hold the egg?

My eggs had that too, I think it's the head altough it can be another body part as well. My ducklings pipped early and chirped at day 25
 
6 days left, so day 22? I wasn't too far off.. The duckling is pushing up against the air cell.

The movement question wasn't answered. Is there movement when you candle?

It's a bigger than I would expect shadow for day 22, but I'd hold out hope for movement still.

Okay. Thank you. Yes there is movement during candling. I talk to them and they move around. Im hoping they all hatch successfully. This is my first hatch.
