Is it pipping or a crack?

My chicken egg is well over 21 days. I am such an amateur I don't even know what day it's on.
But I am very confused because it looks like the egg might be cracked but I'm not totally sure.
What also confuses me is that I have the humidity set to 38.1 degrees celcius and I believe that that is the right temp. Probably shouldn't have taken them out of the incubator a lot of times...

Temp should be 37.2C/99.5 - 100.5F if you have a fan.
If your incubator no fan 38.2C/102F.
Humidity 30% - 45% day 1 - 18, lockdown 65% - 75%
Eggs hatch between 21 - 24 days, temp and humidity plays a big part.

Don't give up yet, give the rest of the eggs a few more days. What is your humidity?

That egg is cracked, not pipped. Also that is your temperature, not your humidity.

Have you tried candling your eggs? Are you smelling anything? Do you see any sweating on the eggs? What incubator are you using? Where are you located?

Yes I have tried candling and don't smell anything. Yeah I occasionally do see some sweat. I'm located in NY and I bought an incubator off ebay it's a 7 Eggs Mini Digital Egg Incubator Poultry Hatcher Chicken Goose 110v
