She molted around December, but not that many feathers fell out. She looks really ragged. Not sure what to do, so I am just watching. She is still laying beautiful eggs.

I would check around her back end, & under her wings, and be sure she doesn't have any bugs. If she does, sevin dust is what we use to get rid of them. Just dust them once, then dust again 10 days later (after the eggs hatch, as sevin dust does not kill the eggs)
