I'm trying to close my contest, Most Unique Fowl Contest, so I was going to add "Closed and Judging" to the title so people won't add new content. How do I do that?

There is a "report" button at the bottom of every post. Click it, and you get a popup that lets you type an explanation of why you are reporting it (change title in your case, but I've also used it for duplicate threads or threads in the wrong place or spam posts: basically anything that needs moderator attention.)
