Is it possible to get a stomach ache/constant nausea...

Stupid question, but how can I tell if I have an ulcer or not?

Hot2Pot: I'm not.

You'll have to go to the doctor to know for sure about the ulcers. I had stomach ulcers as a little kid, and now I still have stomach issues from stress, anxiety, nervousness, etc.

But chances are you are fine. It is completely normal, but not very fun.

Morning sickness?

Could be a lot of things. Only a doctor can tell you what your dealing with.

Could be Irritable bowl syndrome (IBS).

Could be but most likely not irritable bowl disease (IBD) Crohns or colitits.

Diet also could be a big part of it. If your gut microflora is messed up than too much sugar and starches can make things worse.

I have a BAD history of ulcers. This may not be the symptom for everyone but when I had them, it felt like a tiny knife being jabbed into every spot on my stomach where there was an ulcer. Not pleasant but not debilitating either.

My ulcers were initially caused by stress and GERD.

It's very possible. My daughter was under the care of a gastroenterologist during middle school. The doctor told me he saw a lot of kids this age due to emotionally caused stress. The problems did go away when she moved up to the high school.
