Is it possible to have a rooster that doesn't crow?

I don't think so, but hubby thinks one of our hens is a rooster. We ate the only two rooster we thought we had, they were too agresive with young kids around. No crowing, no domanice, the bird in question is a Austrolof, all the other ones seems to have large red "wattles"? too Is it possible it's a rooster and shows no sigh?
These birds are about 10 months old..

At 10 months with no other roosters, I really, really doubt it. Try posting a pic though.
