Is it recommended to feed a weak sleepy 1 week old chicken boiled egg and honey?

I have a weak baby chick I have recently hatched about a week ago. Its been very weak and tired sleeping all day and only drinking water. I've gotten a recommendation to feed it a boiled egg yolk with some honey. Will this help my baby chicken get motivation and get it's proper nutrients? And would it be best to feed the yolk raw?

steep green tea bag in lule warm water for 2 min to make a weak tea. mix 1 egg yolk(raw) in the tea(Make sure you take out the tea bag) mix well. you can open the chicks beak and dribble some in with a syringe. give it to the chick about every 1-2 hours. good luck!!

You can feed a raw yolk or cook it, your choice. Honey is a good addition if you want to give the chick a boost, as well as some poultry electrolytes if you have them.
