Is it rotten?

So I'm hatching a what I believe is a Giant Pekin duck egg. It's around it's hatch date and this morning when I went to turn it I noticed a light blood ring around the air cell and darker spot near the center. I candled it and saw that the dark spot is attached to the big dark spot (I have a terrible candler). As I was returning it to the incubator I felt movement. So I assume it's not dead yet, but does this mean that it may still hatch?

P.S. The movement I felt is at the air cell.

A bloodring indicates the embryo has died and the blood has drained from the veins.

A blood ring indicates a dead and possibly abnormal embryo from a fertile egg.

I just want to add that you may not be seeing a blood ring..you said that you have a terrible candler and that the ring is around the air cell...the blood vessels in the egg stop at the aircell, and you may just be seeing that.
