Hi iv got 3 days to go iv started to get the humidity up etc is it save to do candeling or is it just best to leave them alone now and hope for the best?

It's best to leave them alone because the chicks are positioning themselves for the hatch--and also because you don't want to let the humidity drop at this point.

About the humidity i have 4 guine fowel eggs in there too that will be a week later is it best to just foget about them and not loose risking the eggs due rather then takeing the lid off to turn them? I also need to take the lid off to top up the water tubs so its not something i can avoid completly what do u think i should do?

Top up the water if you have too. Do not candle eggs at this point. Dead in shell will increase dramatically.
