It looks ok to me.

According to Wikipedia, Potassium sorbate is used to inhibit molds and yeasts in many foods, such as cheese, wine, yogurt, dried meats, apple cider, soft drinks and fruit drinks, and baked goods.[8] It is used in the preparation of items such as maple syrup and milkshakes served by fast food restaurants...".

Yeast isn't a problem (think bread).

Citric acid is a preservative.
 
That stuff has no withdrawal, I use it all the time. Other stuff, ie ivermectin, that gets in their blood and stuff, has a two week withdrawal. That stuff is fine for eat and hatch :-D
