Is it safe to eat the eggs

I have been treating my girls with Duramycin-10 for a couple of days because a couple of them have developed a cough. My question is, is it safe to eat the eggs that they produce. I won't be giving them back to them, but I don't want to eat their eggs if it is not safe. Any help would be appreciated.

Packaging says not to eat them for something like 7-10 days. It's an animal grade antibiotic. Personaly I would give it a few days. At least that's what I have done in the past.
