Is it safe to feed clear eggs or eggs that quit after incubating?

Like I said, I mix the raw egg in with their grain, garlic, sea kelp, sunflower seeds mix. They never see a whole egg or anything resembling an egg. They do eat it all right away. Any leftovers from my Cochins get fed to my 'backyard' flock of egg layers.
