is it safe to let the roosters and hens sleep together

I have three hens that have little to no feathers on their backs via roos. Should I seperate them from the rest of the flock? By the way it doesn't work to have five roos and five hens therefore we are down to one roo.

By the way my golden comet has not layed for a few months even though the rest of my hens are.

They should be fine, but you might want to get or make them chicken saddles. Strange about your comet...

we attempted that but because the roos were so aggresive that we velcroed them so the hens could escape and roos just ripped them off however they looked very cute in them
