We just got some grass from Home Depot and I just realized that there might be chemicals on it, how do you get them off? Just water it a lot? And it might of been grown with fertilizer, I assuming this is toxic. Has anyone else dealt with this? Please help

I would go with your instincts. I bought milkweed plants from my favorite nursery for some monarch caterpillars who were out of leaves to eat. In spite of the fact that the nursery told me the plants were organic and untreated, the caterpillars all died after their big poisonous meal. The reason the plants at the nursery were so perfect was due to the insecticides that kept them from being chewed on. As far as how long it will be until the grass is safe, I don't know. A week maybe? Two? Try to do a little internet research on sod-growing and insecticides, fertilizers, etc. Good luck!
