They are 3.5 to 4.5 weeks old. I forgot.
 
Still a little to young but I would have to say they look like pullets give it another week or two. The second and third may be roos.

I would wait for a little while. I've had quite a few banty's that I thought were gonna be roo's that ended up hens! I have one right now that at 8wk I'm thinking is a roo, but not sure because my cochin at that age had a big comb and she's definitely all woman!
 
They all have some rooster qualities. And what breeds do you have there?? They're absolutely adorable!
