Is it the yolk sack?

Hi everyone!
My chicks just began hatching today, and one managed to break completely out. It has this odd intestine looking hint hanging out it's vent. Is it an infection or just the yolk sack? Thanks!

Okay, whew!m I had heard that they can get infections that look similar to that, and I just wanted to assure myself. Thanks!

Keep it on clean dry paper towels in its brooder till it dries up....
