I am afraid I have a brooder full of roosters. They seem aggreasive with each other, never with me.

You don't have any obvious roos, so chances are a lot are hens.

It's so hard to wait, the more time to get attached and have 10 roos.

i do not know about most of them but i think the Cochin 4 weeks is a roo
 
See, my experience with cochins makes me think hen. I remember them getting larger, redder combs by this age.

I don't see anything really rooish, although they're young. Remember, girls can be mean, too. And they're going to figure out who's boss!
