I would say it's not too late. Like MGG said, are you planning on having a broody hatch them or using an incubator? Note that having two roos wouldn't necessarily make for a better hatch rate, but rather a higher fertility rate (if your roos are doing their job and the hens are able to produce fertilized eggs). No matter how many roos you have, it's not going to exactly change the
hatching outcome. It can affect the fertilization, though. I guess I'm just saying... especially if you use an incubator, which can be tricky to hatch with for a first time hatcher, don't expect an excellent hatch rate. I might just be misunderstanding what you're saying, though.
