Is jackfruit flesh toxic?

I had a jackfruit go bad. I dump most kitchen organics into my run and allow chickens to compost it. Will the jackfruit flesh be a problem for my chickens, is all that latex toxic?

I dont feed any rotten foods to my chickens for this can cause many problems for your birds.. I wouldn't suggest feeding it to your birds if its 'Rotten Rotten' I've also heard that jackfruit can be poisonous to chickens as well... But you can feed your birds fruits/veggies if they're just overly ripe. not rotten.

Glad I found this thread!! My daughter just cut a jackfruit up snd the latex- like interior spooked her from giving and remnants to our hens.
