Is leg feathering dominant?

I have a bunch of what I presume to be brahma mutt chicks but they lack leg feathering. I have about 10 brahmas and 5 Barred rocks that could be the parents. All the chicks also have single combs, and going by comb genetics, all of them should have peacombs are at least 50% should have them. Could it be the all these brahma crosses are actually barred rock crosses?

No brahma crosslings. Both combtype and legfeathering are wrong for that.
