Is Lillian okay?

She’s mottling and she’s not laying eggs. She’s only 1.5yrs old… I’m not sure if she’s okay. You can see a lot of her down feathers. She is growing back her head feathers (that were taken off thanks to my drakes).
I’m worried about her. She’s my favorite don’t tell the rest

They often will stop laying while molting to conserve energy to produce new feathers. It’s perfectly normal if she is not acting sick otherwise.
