So it seems that I have the same question as Lunachick.
"Lucy" is a white laced red cornish. She is 10 weeks old. For the past couple of days - mostly in the morning after we let them out - she has been crowing. She does stretch her neck when she does her crowing. She has been the most aggressive of the bunch and always bullying around all the others, even as a babe.
I didn't notice that she has the extra "claw" that I thought was signature for a rooster. But her face does look like pictures of roosters I saw on the internet.
Any help would be appreciated as I can't keep a rooster in the middle of the city! YIKES!!
