I had to give away her brother yesterday to a nice lady who is going to care for him, but I am so heart broken without him.
She was certain about the brother being a cockerel (he is in some of the pics with my suspect pullet) but says sister is a wait and see. She acts girly and no comb just flat at the top. But some of her feather features are showing roo. What do you think?

I see indicators that could lean me either way. The patchy quality of the plumage coloring says cockerel to me, and the size of the ruff in the hackles, but the comb and other things go pullet. I'd give this one a couple more weeks and see if male saddle feathers start popping out.
Its entirely possible, that since your other cockerel was a dominant and early one, that it could have delayed this one, if male.

I'm seeing the same but leaning pullet. Not convinced though yet either
