Is my 3 month old a daisy or duke?

Again, the saddle feathers are round. If they were pointed like a roo, it’d be very thin and pointed. Also, the tail goes out instead of down. If it were male, they would have the curling green feathers instead of the black with hints of the body color that go straight out.
Plus- the comb is still very pink. If it we’re a cockerel, the would be quite red by now.

They don't get those feathers until later. I go by comb shape and size, and male specific coloring in the shoulders and wings. Not all male EEs will have green tail feathers either. https://www.backyardchickens.com/ar...ail-feathers-in-easter-egger-juveniles.75908/
 
It's a 4th of July baby so 3 months
Oh! I hatched a few EE on the 4th of July as well, here are my cockerels

you can quite easily see pointy saddle feathers coming in and their large comb size.
