Is my 6 week old Easter Egger a hen or rooster?

Hi, I just got chickens, and I'm new to this whole thing. I have an Easter Egger that supposedly was a hen, but she's started being very vocal. I read that some hens can act like roosters if there's no males present.

Here's a photo of Bette Davis. I really hope she's not a rooster!!!

Haha! Well...I guess I can call it Bertie Davis. But the sad thing is I live in an area where they don't allow roosters. And I just love my chicken!!
