Is my Australorp chick okay?

Got 3 babies today. The BO and SLW seem to be buddies. They go to the feeder together, get water together, etc. The australorp is a bit smaller than them and seems to mostly wait until they get out of the way to go eat or drink. She spends a lot more time under the mama hen heating pad and less time eating and drinking. Is this a normal pecking order thing or "moving day stress", or should I be on the alert?

Maybe she's just at the bottom of the pecking order?

I was wondering if that could be it. She seemed to get out and about more in the evening, so maybe also shipping stress just hit her harder.
