Is my Australorp growing?

I'm a first time chicken owner. I have 2 barred rocks, a silver laced wyandotte, a buff orphington, and a black australorp. I was told the ophington was 4 days older than the others, the rest are supposed to be the same age (going on 2 weeks now). They all seem to be growing rapidly, and getting a lot of feathers, except my australorp. She is much smaller than the others and only has a few feathers on her wings. Is this normal for her breed? Is it possible she is just younger than the rest of them? She seems to be eating, drinking, and moving around fine, she's just small. Any thoughts would be appreciated. I've included a picture, though it's not very good. She is the one on the top left.
Thanks!

We had an Australorp go broody and only one egg hatched (the rooster is also an Australorp) and that baby chick is TINY! She is almost 4 weeks old, and I swear she is half the size that our RIR, Barred Rock, and Buffs were (they are now 7 weeks old, so I have a decent comparison). I think they are just smaller babies on a slower grow--but what do I know? At least know that you aren't alone!

I'd say she just growing slower. I have 8 girls that at 4-5 weeks. My silver laced Wyandotte is the smallest of the group, but I think she's the boss. This last week she's really started to feather out. My cuckoo Marans and welsummer look like monsters compared to the rest.
