Is my Barred Rock a roo or pullet?

I think it's a rooster. The legs and body shape looks more rooster-like to me.

Hi! I'm new to chickens (this is my first flock, about 5.5 weeks old). I have one barred rock who has a much bigger/red comb (granted I don't have any other BRs to compare it to). It is way more dominant than the others. It likes to "herd" the other ones around. Do you think this is a rooster?

Looks like a cockerel to me with the comb and big feet but I ain't no expert.

Well everyone....its confirmed, I have a rooster! Here he is! So far he's really sweet......hope he stays that way! Still I wonder what breed he is? Anyone know?

Very handsome! Mystery Chicken said she thinks he's a Black sex-link. I still think he looks like an Olive Egger mix like my guy.

Either way, probably a mix of some sort.

I’d say cockerel. I agree definitely looks like a mix, this happend to me too.
We raise chicks in agriculture class at my high school. They get isa browns, white leghorns and “australorps”. We got an “australorp” rooster from them, his name is sooty and this is him now.
Turns out he’s a Rhode Island Red cross.
