Is my Barred Rock Rooster "show quality"????

Neither bird is exhibition quality.  The top bird is a mixed, barred bird. (not a Barred Rock) The bottom bird is also a mix with some Leghorn in that mix. His comb is crumpled.  If the showing is just about handling, they'd be fine, but if the show includes judging of the birds as to representing a breed, they'd both be DQ'd.
Thanks! The second picture I was actually talking bout the red rooster in the back. The leghorn is a hen.
 
No, the red in the background is a hatchery grade, production red. A true bred Rhode Island Red male looks like this.



Again, it depends on what the goal is. If the birds are to be judged, you'll have to secure stock from a breeder. Hatcheries do not produce exhibition quality fowl. Best regards,
