Is my barred rock rumpless or a late bloomer?

Hello! We have a barred rock chick who hatched October 1. She still doesn’t have any tail feathers and our other 4 (different breeds) do. Is she rumpless? Help!

To check for true rumplessness, run your fingers down the length of her spine to the very end. If you feel a slight indentation, like a subtle U-shape, she is rumpless.

Then I highly doubt it's rumpless, unless that's a defect that occasionally shows up in most breeds (haven't heard of it myself, but anything's possible). Either just slow to grow or getting plucked. Got a recent picture of it's head?

Definitely not getting plucked out! Maybe a slow grower. Just weird

I'm actually kind of almost leaning toward that bird being a cockerel. They tend to get their tails slower, the barring is a bit white, and the comb and wattles are a bit pink... But yet, that dark wash is completely down to the toes, and I would expect more comb for that age... Keep an eye on that one.
