Is my Black Langshan a Pullet or Rooster?

This is Happy feet, she is 9 weeks old. I've been kinda worried lately that she might be a rooster

. Not being sexist or anything, I'm just not sure if we could keep a rooster

. I think I've posted another post like this when she was younger and everyone said pullet, but now she's older and it might be easier to tell. I've been worried mainly because of her feahers like on her tail and neck, I might just be paranoid but the look a little pointed. It's my firs time raising chickens so I don't really know how to tell for sure, just judgin based on what people tell me to look for.

At 9 weeks I think you're safe on calling pullet.
