Is my Buff a Roster?! Please help!!

This is the chick in question. I have two Buff Orpington Chicks that are 10 1/2 weeks old. This one has the body structure of a roster but he/she is not growing spurs + the comb is not bigger than the other chicks. The other thing is that he/she will confront my full grown hens and try to push them around, while my female chick will hardly come near them. Oh, I almost forgot, he/she is also really quiet. He/she hardly chirps at all!

The one on the right I'm sure is a hen.
 
At this age, spurs really is not an indicator of gender.

My guess is it is a roo. The comb looks pretty big and red and like you said, the body looks rooish. I'd say I'm pretty sure it's a little cockerel.
 
Here are my 9 week old buff pullets I'm pretty sure. No red comb at all.

I would go ahead and assume he is a ROO..... He expresses many rooish characteristics......
