Looks like a roo by the size of the comb. My girl had almost no comb to speak of till she was about 6 months old. However, I don't see any hackle feathers starting so maybe? I've only had one BO though.

Her hackle feathers look rounded not pointed though... I'm guessing she's a her.

Oh darn, that would be very sad if she's a he. I only had 5 chicks (my first ever) and if this one's a roo, that makes two out of five.

I would say pullet. Some Orps have thick legs, I don't really see anything roo there.
