It doesn't show any signs of being a cockerel at this stage, but it looks a little too young to be certain of sex. Orpingtons are notorious for being late bloomers. So you have reason to be hopeful but you should re-evaluate if there's a sudden change of color and size in the comb in the next few weeks.

JedJackson is right. Orpingtons are notoriously slow developers. Right now I see no signs that indicate it being a cockerel. But its best to give Orpingtons until about 12 weeks to be sure.
