Is my Californian White a pullet or cockerel?

So one of my chickens is roughly 5 months old. I know the rest are pullets but not sure about this guy. It’s smaller than the others in weight but his wattle and comb is getting very large. Any help would be appreciated!

Looks like a pullet to me. If it were a cockerel I'd expect male specific feathering by now. The large comb and wattle at this age is a characteristic of the Leghorn breed. And the increasing redness is a sign she is getting ready to start laying.

Large comb and wattles but seems to be a girl. She has a pretty face. Should be laying any day now.

I think my Chip has a pretty face as well I’ve actually found a few white eggs that could be hers (not sure yet though)

She is a pretty pullet that will soon be laying eggs. You might begin noticing behavior changes as well.
