Is my chick’s vent prolapsed?

I’m kinda noticing that it’s hanging down a little. He seems to struggle with poop staying on him as well. It’s probably nothing though

I had a silkie that had a bit of a prolapse. Once the red tissue stopped poking out, I left it be and it looked pretty similar. She still needs help with keeping clean a bit, but she’s so fluffy too
