is my chick dying?

I would NEVER give a chicken (or the flock) any medication without knowing for sure, what is being treated. Most wrong ones have a harder effect on the bird than the problem, and may hide correct diagnosis. Have your opened the beaks and looked a the lining of the mouth and the tongue? Is breathing noisy, as if the nostrils are plugged? Always good to move suspicious problem birds away from the flock, as first symptoms can spread quickly to a whole flock. Good luck

shes not breathing weird, her mouth and tongue are fine and the rest of the flock is too, i think its a vitamin defisence

With 5-6 weeks old chicks that seem weak and not eating, no other symptoms, I give Cod Liver Oil (unflavored) by eyedropper--aim at top of mouth to never cause choke-- 2-3 drops, and 2 or 3 times a week. Magic Vit A D makeup and chick cannot be told from the rest after one or 2 feedings. Some-very few- eggs are developed and laid with insufficient Vit A and D and just can't eat enough starter to make it up. This would never be harmful for any chicken. If you feel she needs a Vitamin boost, this is a good way to add it. For an older bird, 1/2 t and only 2X a week, just one week may be enough. Never harmful, just don't apply it on the tongue, but hold the beak open and apply on the top of the mouth! Happy bird--happy owner, if this Vit addition is needed! Good luck.

thank you any idea where to get all that?

Glass eyedropper, (I keep curved one on hand--might need it myself---Cod Liver Oil--smallest bottle, usually at Drug Store or Box Store--

she inresponve to most things she just lays there all day and does nothing..

She is unresponsive to most things but is still eating and drinking fine, and in first post you said she wasn't eating and drink and is losing weight? Something sounds off, but I really don't know what.

Take a look at the chicken poop photos in this gallery and compare to your chickens.

If money isn't a big issue, you may want to take her to a vet.

Crooked chicken posted that medicated chick feed "has something in it to treat worms." Medicated chick starter only has amprollium in it, the same medication as Corid, but in a tiny dose, which is supposed to help prevent coccidiosis. That will not treat worms. It also will not treat an acute outbreak of coccidiosis.

Shailey has said that they have vitamins and NutriDrench, both of which have multiple vitamins. Both are good, but only use one at a time, and do not give CodLiver Oil--another source of vitamin A and D on top of that.

i have only just started giving them the vitamins in there water, thanks for all the tips, will keep you updated

Ok. Let me get this straight. She is eating and pooping normally, but just sits around and is lethargic?
Sounds like a parasite to me. Have you checked her for external parasites? I am in the same camp that you don't treat without knowing for sure the chicken has what you're treating for. You said there is no avian vet around you, but I have heard a regular vet can test a poop sample. Do you have a regular vet nearby where you can have poop her tested?
