is my chick hatching?

the pip is on the wrong end and its been over 24 hours since the pip first came. also there is blood coming out the pip. is there something wrong and do i need to help it out of the shell or will the mum do that?

its now oozing out an egg white type thing with red veins in and the chick isn't making any noise

the chick wasn't making any noise or moving so we decided to help it out and it was already dead. we think that one of the other hens had made the hole in the egg and killed it , but this is basically what it looked like but a little less formed.
