Is my chick sick?

This little fella was very energetic the past couple of days but just today he started to crash. Yesterday I found pasty butt on him and I went throught the process of trying to take it off of him by washing it off gently. Today he's been more sleepy and there was moment where he waa gasping for air. I tried giving him some electrolytes to make him feel better but he's been in thia position for awhile. I turned off my light that I have for him. The other chick that he stays with is perfectly fine and doesn't seem to be having problems. If anyone can help that will be great. Thanks.

He's fine now... but it waa a little scary cause he was gasping for air earlier. I know his poop is a little runny so I mixed some Gatorade and water and gave that to him. I'm keeping my eye on him and making sure he's okay.
