I have 4 week old chicks that are currently living in their coop and out in their run during the day. They all seem fine and healthy except for 1. When I walk in there they all run away from me but today I noticed 1 is not moving (barred rock). when I walk up to her she is sleeping but wakes up and looks at me but doesn’t move, I can pick her up and she doesn’t flinch then when I put her back down she stand there for a second, sometimes makes a couple of steps slowly then sits back down and goes back to sleep. so I observed her and all she does is sleep and breathes heavily all day. Yesterday they were all running around and there were no problems with any of them. Is she sick?

They are on medicated chick feed and have fresh water.
Temperature here is about 90 during the day and 75 at night.

Can you post some photos of her poop?

Coccidiosis comes to mind. Do you have Corid on hand?

4 weeks old, 23 of them
I'd bring her inside. Get some Nutri-Drench into her as soon as you can, no matter what is wrong with her, it often revives sickly chicks and can't hurt. Try to get her to take some mashed chick starter with a vitamin B complex or B1 (thiamine). I noticed you have them on medicated chick starter, and read that the meds in this can possibly cause vitamin B1 deficiency, of which one of the symptoms is lethargy.
Some other things to check for, please:
Is her crop empty this morning? Foul smell? Vent area clean and dry?
