Is my chicken a rooster?

hatched from a random egg. Looks like a rooster to me. Have sign of crowing. four months old. Any inputs? And what breed is it? Thanks

Most likely Easter or Olive Egger cockerel

I agree that that looks like a cockerel. I am not experienced when it comes to breeds, so I have no input there.
