is my chicken going trow her molt

i have a flock of 10 9 hens 1 rooster i was cleaning there coop and i seen a pile of feathers so i go to see if all of my chickens are there and all ten of them are there but one hens has a bear spot is this my other hens or my rooster or is it her molt this my first flock so ive never seen a molt just yet and they are all 7 molts old i have a photo

This is the only chicken that is like this
 
That looks like an attack, not molting. With molting, the feathers fall out as the new feathers start to come out, so there will be patches but you'll also see pin feathers (look like porcupine quills) in that area. Here are two of mine as examples of molting.
